Atilemile is all about spreading positivity, specifically body positivity. She tells Yahoo Lifestyle, "I wanted to just spread my message that size doesn't necessarily determine health. Also coming into the holiday season when women are made to feel guilty about their food consumption, I just wanted to reiterate that there is no one size that determines a woman's beauty."

Staying fit is extremely important to Atilemile. "Something that I do for myself is sticking to an exercise regime," she says to SI Swim. "Just trying to move my body at least 20 minutes a day, even if it's taking my dog for a walk around the block. I just feel like when I move my body, I'm mentally stronger and my focus is clearer and my anxiety is a lot less intense."

Atilemile is putting her mental health first. She tells SI Swim that she is learning to say no to certain things to protect herself. "In [the modeling] industry, we travel a lot," she says. "We're always working when we have to work, getting on planes when we have to get on planes. If the pandemic taught me anything, it was that I am allowed to rest and I am allowed to relax. Life isn't all about the grind."

Atilemile is all about setting goals and going after them. "Obviously you've gotta dream of something," she says to SI Swim. "Whether it's something big or something small. You've gotta then believe it, believe you can do it, and then if you believe you can do it, then you put things in motion to allow yourself to achieve it."

Atilemile tells The Sydney Morning Herald that she has changed certain goals and aspirations she has. And she cites one in particular. "I've always grown up with a fairy-tale idea of wanting to get married, but I don't need marriage as I once thought I did. I do want a relationship with someone I can trust. I do want to find a partner and have kids with someone who will help raise them."
